New Epic Sci-Fantasy Comic Dual Animal Anthology: Vol. 1 Launches Online and at Select Comic Retailer

Dual Animal Studios is making its publishing debut with Dual Animal Anthology: Vol. 1, a multimedia universe launching with a deluxe black-and-white graphic novel that was successfully funded on Kickstarter in Summer 2025.

Available now in print and digital, the anthology introduces the start of six brand new creator-owned ongoing series from a team of international writers and artists spanning science fiction, fantasy, romance, and adventure. 

The collection is accompanied by an original companion soundtrack and a growing line of limited edition collectible merchandise, marking the beginning of an ambitious interconnected multimedia initiative.

Presented by the anthology’s enigmatic four-armed cyborg host, each story offers readers a first look into worlds from post-apocalyptic dragon slayers to high-stakes interstellar solar heists.

“What these stories have in common with each other is that they’re all made by incredibly passionate creators,” said Creative Director Bobby Schwartz. “We put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this because we’re not just building a book,” adds Co-Publisher Walter Areas. “We’re making a home for creators.”

Dual Animal Anthology: Volume 1 is available now in both print and digital formats.

The paperback edition features seven unique variant covers, while the digital edition is available through Comixology.

An original companion soundtrack will release in late Summer 2026, featuring themes and extended musical suites composed to accompany each story. Select tracks are available to preview now on Spotify.
